1. Encourage a culture of cooperation and environmental responsibility.
2. Keep thorough records of all nursery operations and production results.
3. Plan and oversee the propagation, planting, and maintenance of Spekboom and other indigenous species.
4. Manage the nursery team, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to production targets.
5. Report progress, difficulties, and suggestions for improvement on a regular basis to management.
6. Develop and implement quality control measures for all planting and nursery activities
7. Maintain optimal growing conditions, including irrigation, pest control, and soil management.
8. Train and mentor nursery staff on propagation techniques and quality standards.
