Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Financial Manager to join our client’s team in the Radio and Media industry. As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing daily financial activities, providing advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans, and ensuring the company’s financial health is maintained and improved.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create and implement strategies to optimize the company’s financial performance and reduce costs.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to upper management.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure proper allocation of funds.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure they are aligned with company goals.
• Manage accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Professional certifications such as CA, CIMA, and SAICA
• 3-4 years of experience in financial management within the radio and media industry, or similar
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present financial information to stakeholders.
• Passion for the industry
