Job Summary
? Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Investigating cost variances and ensuring financial data accuracy
- Managing and reconciling inventory and stock movement records
- Conducting costing analysis and providing insights to production teams
- Overseeing VAT calculations and submissions to SARS
- Assisting with tax submissions (annual & provisional)
- Posting journals, accruals, and performing month-end processing on Sage Evolution
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Upholding internal controls and audit readiness
? What We’re Looking For:
- BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing finance environment
- Strong knowledge of Sage Evolution
- Proven experience in management accounting — budgeting, cost control, variance analysis
- In-depth understanding of VAT, tax compliance, and SARS processes
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
