Vereeniging: F&I Business Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team in Vereeniging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a large volume of units per month and performing against targets. You will also be required to possess up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an average of 45 Units per month
• Perform against targets
• Handle sales transactions and negotiations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
• Matric Certificate NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
• RE Accreditation
• NCA Accreditation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Completed Matric Certificate (NQF 4)

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary will be negotiated, with additional incentives.
