About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Cashier to join our team in Villiersdorp. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions using POS systems
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods securely
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist with refunds and exchanges in line with company policies
- Maintain a neat and organised checkout area
- Support the team with basic stock handling when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail or FMCG experience (essential non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
