Western Cape: Accountant posted by Communicate Finance

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Maintain accurate financial records for 3 entities including:
General ledger
Update and maintain prepayment schedules
Monitor and reconcile control accounts (Stock, cashbook, debtors, creditors, GRN, WIP)
Oversee the day-to-day planning and management of accounts payable for the 3 entities
Debtors Management
Cashbook
VAT Returns
Cashflow – Update cash flow on a daily basis to ensure that there’s enough funds in the bank account to pay all creditors, wages, salaries and other expenses

Qualification:
Completed Degree in Accounting/Finance
