A leading and well-established retail organisation is looking for an ambitious Assistant Financial Manager to join its Head Office finance team based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions
- Lead and contribute to automation and process improvement projects that enhance efficiency
- Support, mentor, and develop junior finance team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness

Newly qualified CA(SA)
