About the Role
Bustem is seeking sharp, detail-oriented Enforcement Agents to join our global takedown team. As a Brand Protection Analyst/Agent, you’ll be on the front lines identifying and removing fake stores, scam ads, and counterfeit listings from platforms like Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, Shop, eBay, Alibaba, Instagram, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- Review alerts from our AI scan system and confirm infringements
- File DMCA and trademark complaints on marketplaces and websites
- Track takedown progress and document results
- Communicate with our internal ops team and platform reps
- Contribute to improving our SOPs and enforcement playbooks
Requirements
- Excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail and persistence
- Experience with online marketplaces or IP enforcement is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-moving startup
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible hours
