About the Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our client’s team in the Western Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales and customer support team, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Drive adherence to sales processes, systems, and KPIs
- Lead, coach, and manage Sales and Customer Support teams
- Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs to improve performance
- Ensure pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and CRM utilisation
- Oversee full sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfilment
- Manage CRM and SAP ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor performance data, identify trends, and drive improvements
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards
- Lead team meetings, reporting, and continuous training initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading B2B sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving accountability
- Strong experience with CRM systems (SAP advantageous)
- Solid analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within South Africa
- Experience in food, hygiene, or manufacturing sectors will be advantageous
