About the Role
Tailormade Solution is seeking a reliable and friendly Till Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle all customer purchases, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Scan and total items accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments if necessary.
- Follow all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Assist with stocking shelves and other store duties when needed.

- Basic math skills and ability to handle monetary transactions accurately.
