About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate invoicing, stock control, and proper record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all invoices are invoiced in full and organised for Transport Department.
  • Ensure that invoicing takes place efficiently and effectively within the time frame required.
  • Move stock to the correct bin in the warehouse.
  • Check stock on the warehouse floor and corroborate with figures on NAV.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding all picks that take place.
  • Make changes on NAV, as per SOP, for the correct vintage to be picked.
  • Create a pick to complete pick when partials are not picked.
  • Take responsibility for supervisors’ duties when they are not at work.
  • Assist supervisor with administrative tasks as required.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve current and future skills.
  • Ensure the cage is securely locked after orders have been invoiced, ready for transport department.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Take responsibility for continuous leadership development through growing leadership skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
  • 2 – 5 years experience in an administration environment
  • Knowledge of the supply chain/logistics industry
