Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in Grabouw, Western Cape. As a key member of our FMCG team, you will be responsible for implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence across our facilities. With your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to implement changes to HR processes
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members on new processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process maps to document existing workflows
  • Implement 20 Keys methodology to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
  • 2–5 years’ experience in continuous improvement within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the 20 Keys methodology
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
  • Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Salary & Benefits
