Requirements
– Relevant qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
– 2–5 years’ experience in continuous improvement within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
– Knowledge of HR and payroll processes is an advantage.
– Strong working knowledge of the 20 Keys methodology.
– Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel).
– Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
– Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
– Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is beneficial.
