About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Female F & I Manager to join their busy dealership in Johannesburg North, with a salary range of R16500 – R20000 per annum, plus a negotiable commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure effective inventory management and control

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an F & I Manager in a similar dealership environment
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
