The Role As CRM System Administrator, you will be responsible for administering the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and seamless user experience. This role bridges the gap between business needs and system functionality, enabling users to efficiently use the system. Main Responsibilities Maintain, update, and optimize the CRM system to ensure it meets business requirements. Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing regular audits and corrections. Provide training and support to users on CRM functionality and best practices. Reporting and analytics to support decision-making across departments. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement new features, integrations, and system enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve first tier CRM-related issues promptly. Ensure user compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Minimum Requirements BEng degree or equivalent degree. Relevant experience in administrating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) would be an advantage. Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and knowledge of workflows and system integration will be an advantage.
