About the Role
The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Engineering Draughtsperson to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a qualified candidate with accreditation in REVIT training, you will be responsible for compiling civil and mechanical engineering drawings, gathering information, and assisting with project administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Compiling civil and mechanical engineering drawings
- Gathering of information and project administration
- Assisting with the design of water pipeline structures
- Assisting with the design of vertical and horizontal alignments of bulk and reticulation of water pipelines and sewers
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit
- Experience with QGIS and ArcGIS will be a benefit
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in drawings
- Experience in REVIT administration and set up of projects in REVIT
- Modelling experience in large diameter process piping, water and wastewater treatment equipment and structures
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate
- Accredited REVIT training
