Job Description
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage the switchboard and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and monitor stock levels
- Coordinate collections and deliveries
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional and polished appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work collaboratively
- Quick learner capable of working independently with minimal supervision
