Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage the switchboard and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Maintain office supplies and monitor stock levels
  • Coordinate collections and deliveries
  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and related administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional and polished appearance
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to work collaboratively
  • Quick learner capable of working independently with minimal supervision
