About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team at Morea House in the Western Cape. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and optimize seating capacity
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth service
