Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze management accounts, highlighting key insights and trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units
• Provide actionable financial insights to assist business leaders in decision-making
• Assist with operational reporting, cost management, and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial efficiency and compliance

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: BCom Accounting (minimum)
• Experience: 2–5 years as a Management Accountant, preferably in financial services
• Skills: Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to interpret and communicate financial data
• Other: Attention to detail, proactive mindset, strong collaboration and communication skills
