About the Role
The Production and Propagation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our commercial growing operations. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in production planning and horticulture management.

Requirements
- BSc Horticulture or BSc Agriculture (Plant Production or related field)
- National Diploma: Horticulture or equivalent NQF Level 6 or higher
- Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering (Agriculture), Operations Management or Production Planning
- Certification in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or Production Planning and Control
- Minimum 2–3 years in a production planning, operations coordination, or horticulture management role
- Prior experience in wholesale horticulture or large-scale agriculture is a strong advantage
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering (Agriculture), Operations Management or Production Planning
