About the Role
The Lead Project Manager role is a critical position in driving the delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in shaping delivery practices, guiding teams, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning through to implementation and optimisation.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps.
• Act as the key link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent delivery and communication.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Project Management role. Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies. Proven experience delivering complex technology projects. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS Project.
Qualifications
Relevant business degree and project management qualification are essential.
