About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Picker to join our team at Staff Solutions in the Western Cape. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the constant supply of parts to our technicians is properly administered and executed. With excellent task performance, efficient work management, and strong relationships with colleagues, you will be responsible for presenting a high level of productivity while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Present excellent task performance.
- Personally manage work efficiently.
- Ensure all parts picking slips are actioned fast and efficiently.
- Ensure all parts picked are checked and recorded before packing.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and peers.
- Participate in all relevant training programmes.
- Ensure all Health and Safety rules are adhered to at all times.
- Properly adhere to company rules especially regarding the use of tools, special tools, and company assets.
- Keep your workplace and surrounding areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Creative and flexible to assist other warehouse duties when requested by superior.
- Perform all other reasonable requests made by the Parts Manager.
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
- Full understanding and knowledge of Warehouse operations
- Accurate Counting Ability
- Code 10 license
