Education and Exp required: 

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
• 3-4 years exp in GCC region recruitment

Skills and knowledge: 

• Deep understanding of Global talent markets, sourcing methodologies and international labour laws.
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Expertise in full -cycle global recruitment across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong command of recruitment technologies, ATS and CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
• Competency based interviews, assessing technical, cultural and performance fit. 
• Ability to provide market intelligence on global talent trends, compensation and competitor practices.
