About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team at Optim-G Sourcing in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce plans and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy development and implementation
- Full-cycle global recruitment across multiple jurisdictions
- Data analysis and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- Brand and Culture Advocacy to promote the company’s values and mission
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in GCC region recruitment
- Deep understanding of Global talent markets, sourcing methodologies and international labour laws
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Expertise in full-cycle global recruitment across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong command of recruitment technologies, ATS and CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
- Competency based interviews, assessing technical, cultural and performance fit
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
