A client of ours based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a reliable and hands-on Storeman / Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of warehouse, administration, reception, and customer service duties. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to perform administrative duties and warehouse/store functions Physically fit and able to lift items weighing 1015kg when required Key Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders Follow up on Cape Town orders Pack and prepare shipments for dispatch Coordinate with courier companies for local deliveries Receive, bin, and record incoming stock Conduct stock control, stock counts, and inventory management Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse/store Assist walk-in customers Answer telephone calls and manage email correspondence Perform general reception and administrative duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of exhibition stands when required Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management If you are a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach, we would like to hear from you.
