Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SYSPRO ERP and IT systems in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including ODBC queries, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively at all levels
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling business data
Duties
- Maintain and update all ERP data including debtors, creditors, inventory and pricing
- Analyse job performance, bill of materials costings and profitability variances, with daily reporting to management
- Conduct regular system audits and process flow reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Manage user access rights and system security
- Generate and distribute scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly and annual)
- Support month-end processing of WIP (Work in Progress) and Inventory modules
- Provide first-line IT support and liaise with external service providers where required
- Assist with annual financial audits and quarterly IT/systems audits
