This Isnt a Just Another Sales Job This is uncapped sales commission and an opportunity for you to be in control of you success. Lets be straight with you. This role is not for everyone. Its for someone whos done the hard yards in sales, knows how to run a proper discovery call, isnt afraid of cold outreach, and wants to earn well above market rate from the comfort of their own home. Were a fast-growing New Zealand company that helps real estate agents sell more properties and build predictable listing pipelines. We need someone who can sell like a professional, build relationships with clients, and close deals on video calls. Youll work night hours from South Africa – but youll work from home, with complete autonomy, and with uncapped earning potential that rewards performance without a ceiling. The Opportunity Position: Business Development (Remote) Company: Real Growth Solutions – Christchurch, New Zealand Location: Work from home, anywhere in South Africa Hours: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM SAST (8:00 AM 5:00 PM NZT) Schedule: Monday to Friday (NZ business days) (Sunday to Thursday South African time) Contract Full-time, permanent Base Salary: R26,000 per month Commission: Uncapped – we expect top performers earning R26,000/month in bonuses within 12 months. There is no cap. Total OTE after 12 months: R52,000/month within 12 months or (R624,000 per year) Equipment: You provide your own laptop, headset, and reliable internet Important : The commission structure is designed so that a high performer should be doubling their base within 12 months. We dont put a ceiling on what you can earn. The more you close, the more you make. Period. What Youll Actually Do Every Day This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong focus on prescriptive, consultative selling. Youre not taking orders – youre diagnosing problems and prescribing solutions. Cold outreach to New Zealand real estate agents via phone, email – youll be prospecting and booking your own meetings alongside warm leads from our appointment-setting team Running discovery calls and sales presentations via Google Meet – youll present our products, handle objections, and close deals on video Managing a pipeline of past, present, and future clients – following up relentlessly. Conducting client support and onboarding calls with new customers to ensure they activate properly and stay long-term – reducing churn is part of your role Booking follow-up meetings on every single call (BAMFAM: Book A Meeting From A Meeting) – no call ends without the next step locked in Reporting weekly on pipeline, activities, show rates, and close rates – youll be measured on results, not effort alone Who Were Looking For (Non-Negotiables) Fluent English without a strong accent – youll be speaking with New Zealand real estate agents daily. Clear, professional communication is essential. No exceptions. We have high standards. This role is for proven closers, not people who want to try sales. If you meet these criteria, read on. If you dont, this isnt the right fit. 5 years of sales experience – ideally in SaaS, digital marketing, or agency sales. Youve sold solutions, not widgets. Experienced in prescriptive/consultative selling – you run structured discovery calls, diagnose the clients real problem, and prescribe the solution. You dont pitch features; you sell outcomes. Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, Google Meet, and sales tools – if you cant navigate a CRM and a pipeline dashboard, this isnt for you. Self-disciplined and reliable working from home at night – no one is watching over your shoulder. You manage your own schedule, energy, and output. We trust you to deliver. Resilient, thick-skinned, and competitive – cold outreach means rejection. You dont take it personally. You take it as fuel. Based in South Africa with a stable home internet connection, a quiet workspace, a laptop, and a headset. Bonus Points (Not Required, But Well Notice) Experience selling to businesses (B2B) or real estate professionals Previous SaaS sales experience selling a recurring revenue services Experience working with NZ, Australian, North American or UK clients Background in digital marketing or lead generation services Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, or Google Ads Why This Role Is Different Most remote sales jobs from SA pay you a flat rate and cap your upside. We dont. Uncapped commission – there is literally no limit on what you can earn. Top performers will out-earn most senior managers in South Africa.
