Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Manage inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the store
- Monitor and adhere to budgetary guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the clothing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to translate them into sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail management software
- Diploma in retail management or a related field is preferred
