Job Summary

Bech/BA/BCom HR.Mngt/IR Mngt; Adv MS Office/Excel; Labour Laws/ BCEA/ EEA/ SDA/LRA; 5+ years exp. H.R./I.R. of which 3 years in H.R./I.R. supporting role in a factory dealing with 100+ employees. Serves as snr support role to management on site/drives employee-oriented culture/emphasis on quality internal services, employee development and retention, and continuous improvement. Will be responsible for budgeting/ expense control;H.R. admin. incl. record keeping, docs cntl, employment contracts, Covid-19 vaccination cert., attendance, leave records, BBE status, etc; recruitment, selection, induction, onboarding,exit admin manage/ coordinate internal/cross-functional/external training ,development, liaison SETA, record keeping; performance evaluation/succession planning/monitoring/control;IR and labour relations, liaison unions and Shop Stewards,admin.corrective action/grievance documentation, labour law compliance; disciplinary hearing process support/charges/docs/evidence pack prep.,track and cntl; coordinate EE activities; Health, Safety, Environ, admin/record keeping of injuries on duty/COID submissions; project and conflict management; H.R.,SMETA,DoL audit compliance ,and audits; compile HR report; report Branch GM/Group H.R./IR Mngr. Inc .vehicle/fuel/cell phone all./provident fund. Mpu. G0502
