Duties: Process and capture foreign supplier invoices Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process foreign payments Process and schedule foreign vendor payments Perform monthly creditor reconciliations to supplier statements Prepare and review the vendor aging report regularly Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Completed Diploma or Certificate required Completed BCom Degree would be beneficial Experience: 5 years experience required Experience within the manufacturing industry preferred APPLY NOW!

Job Summary

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team within the hotels group. The Credit Controller will play a crucial role in managing the credit and collections process, ensuring timely payments from our customers, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Key Responsibilities: Credit Management: Abide with appropriate credit risk categories for customers in accordance with company policies and risk tolerance. Monitor payment profiles and assess the risk of potential bad debts, implementing strategies to mitigate risks effectively. Invoicing and Billing: Review billing discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly to facilitate timely payments. Collections: Proactively contact customers to follow up on outstanding instalments and overdue accounts, utilising effective communication skills to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes. Maintain comprehensive records of collection activities, payment agreements, and customer interactions. Escalate delinquent accounts to senior management when necessary and recommend appropriate actions, including legal recourse if required. Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales, reservations, and operations, to address customer inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and streamline the credit control process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for credit-related inquiries and fostering a positive customer experience. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular feedback reports on credit performance metrics, including debtors ageing reports, collections, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and bad debt reserves, to support decision-making and strategic planning. Identify trends and patterns in customer payment behaviours, offering insights to improve credit policies and collection strategies. Required for Competence: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Credit management qualification (added advantage). Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of financial principles, credit risk assessment techniques, and collections best practises. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Credit Controller. Proficient in MS Office/Advanced Excel Skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Job Summary

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Analyse bank statement and customer accounts Capture and allocate payments Collect payments Customer queries and statements Communicate with management to resolve payment issues Minimize bad debt losses, including blocking and unblocking customer accounts Provide commentary on the age analysis Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, credit risk assessment and set appropriate credit limits Credit notes Manage the debtors order hold process Escalate non-payment issues Manage daily COD accounts and request credits (claims) Prepare inter-company customer receipts refund requests Liaise with the bank to confirm incoming cross-border customer payments Education Requirements: Completed Matric (Grade 12) Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or finance Job Requirements and Skills: 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk/Controller Proficient in MS packages Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial reporting Deadline driven Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment Team player Ready to hit the fast lane? Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Manage COD and credit customer accounts. Collect outstanding payments and allocate daily receipts. Resolve internal and external queries promptly. Track government invoices through web cycle to payment stage. Reconcile accounts and send monthly statements. Conduct occasional customer site visits. Maintain accurate records on Syspro. Support credit applications and prepare documentation for litigation if needed. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric); financial background is an advantage. Experience in credit control, with Syspro knowledge beneficial. Strong Excel and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid drivers license and own transport. Job Summary

Minimum Requirements: National Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential) Minimum of 35 years experience in a credit control role within the FMCG industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Pastel, Syspro, or similar) Strong knowledge of credit control processes and accounting principles Excellent communication and negotiation skills Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable & Collections: Follow up on outstanding customer accounts to ensure the timely collection of payments Allocate customer payments accurately to the correct accounts and invoices Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or queries promptly Ensure that customer statements are prepared and distributed on time each month Contact customers to secure payment and maintain a healthy aging profile Reconciliations & Account Management: Prepare and maintain accurate account reconciliations for assigned accounts Monitor and manage credit limits and payment terms Escalate overdue accounts and recommend accounts to be handed over when necessary Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications with customers Perform account maintenance , including updating contact information and credit terms Administrative Duties: Perform filing, scanning, and document management for all credit-related documentation Ensure that all invoices, statements, credit notes, and remittances are well organized and filed Maintain documentation required for audits and compliance checks Assist with the preparation of month-end reports related to receivables and collections Reporting & Compliance: Generate regular reports on overdue accounts, collection efforts, and disputed amounts Provide input into credit risk assessments and assist with reviewing customer credit applications Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures Support internal and external audit processes related to accounts receivable Customer Service & Collaboration: Act as the first point of contact for customer billing and payment queries Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster timely payments Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service) to resolve issues impacting payment Collaborate with finance team members to support accurate financial reporting and a smooth month-end close Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Results-driven with a proactive approach to collections Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines Solid interpersonal and customer service skills Professional, ethical, and resilient How to Apply: If youre ready for a rewarding career opportunity, apply directly or contact Pabalelo Morena.

Job Summary

Education: – Financial qualification Skills/Experience required: – Minimum of 5 years in a similar position – Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP etc) – Experience working on Oracle Job Description: – Manage credit applications – Month-end reporting – Upload daily customer receipts into Oracle as received from Accountant or Financial Supervisor – Dealer account management – Ensure that all Journal Entries accurately calculated and authorised prior to processing – Follow up on credits taken by the dealer and investigate where and when it was received if not yet credited on the dealer account – Ensure that payments due from dealer account is collected on time and in a professional manner. – Ensure that payments are checked against the request for documentation approval for pending orders to be released.

Job Summary

As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in maximising cash collection and minimising overdues by effectively reconciling customer accounts, resolving queries timeously, and building strong internal and external customer relationships. This is a 6-month contract. As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for the following: Cash Collection: Achieve monthly collector & branch cash targets Maintain daily KPI tracking and share weekly updates with management Overdue Debt Reduction: Drive monthly overdue debt KPIs Prioritize reconciliations and prepare for debt reduction meetings Payment Allocation: Obtain daily remittances and allocate this accurately Clear unapplied and unmatched credits before the month-end Customer Contact & Correspondence: Build solid client relationships through visits, calls, and emails Maintain consistent follow-ups and update SAP with PTPs Debt Reconciliations: Reconcile and explain variances monthly Escalate and resolve discrepancies quickly Credit Requests & Adjustments: Submit all adjustments for review and approval as per the company matrix Refunds: Prepare reconciliations with full supporting documentation Invoice Management: Download and submit invoices via customer portals Confirm auto-emailing set-up and ensure that customer contact details are accurate Ad Hoc Duties: Handle external collections and bad debt write-offs Review orders on-hold and make credit decisions within limits Keep stakeholders informed and ensure month-end compliance Identify and implement process improvements Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Completed Matric Completed Credit Management 1 3 is essential Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience Manufacturing industry is non-negotiable
