Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalised, luxury travel itineraries across the Indian Sub-continent

• Convert warm sales leads through tailored communication (email, phone, video calls)

• Present bespoke itineraries with precision and attention to detail

• Deliver outstanding client service at every stage of the journey

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow key industry developments

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless experiences

• Manage your own client portfolio with a focus on relationship-building and retention

Skills & Experience Essential

• 3+ years experience in a tailor-made travel consultancy role

• In-depth, first-hand knowledge of India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bhutan

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value itineraries

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction

• Exceptional communication skills across all formats

• Strong administrative skills and advanced IT literacy

• Highly organised and confident in managing multiple priorities independently

Desired

• Experience with GDS and flight reservation systems

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
