Job Summary
Lodge Manager Luxury Lodge (Pilanesberg, North West)
A renowned luxury lodge situated in the heart of the Pilanesberg, North West, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a prestigious property in one of South Africas most celebrated safari destinations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

Deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects the exclusivity and luxury of the lodge.

Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve service excellence.
-
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding company standards and policies.
-
Monitor budgets, manage cost control, and drive profitability.
-
Build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
-
Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across the lodge.
-
Work closely with the reservations, sales, and marketing teams to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or senior management role in a luxury safari lodge or 5-star property.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
-
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Passion for hospitality, guest service, and wildlife conservation.
-
Willingness to live on-site in the Pilanesberg.
