We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organised Stock Controller to join our team at a luxury hotel near Simonstown. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes and supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all stock movements across the hotel, including food, beverage, and housekeeping supplies.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance reports.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update systems promptly.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure availability while minimising wastage.
• Liaise with suppliers, handle deliveries, and check quality against purchase orders.
• Enforce strict stock rotation and ensure storage areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with department heads to forecast needs and manage budgets effectively.
