The successful candidates will be a well-experienced, hands-on, motivated individual who will assist with maintenance and repairs to packhouse equipment and assist the Packhouse Managers to achieve equipment reliability and maintain high levels of efficiency of multiple packhouses.Requirements:Trade Test Qualified Millwright with previous experience in equipment maintenance.Good technical knowledge.Skilled in repairs and maintenance.Accuracy and attention to detail.Good computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office).Healthy.Motivated.Reliable.Good people skills.Team-work.Leadership qualities.Prepared to work long hours/overtime.Duties include but are not limited to:Maintenance and repairs to packhouse equipment.Attend to and repair breakdowns in packhouses.Assist to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for in season as well as out of season. (Includes all equipment in the packhouse.)
