Responsibilities: Secure new business within the distribution market for the allocated region. Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and convert them into sustainable billing clients. Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients. Ensure accurate monthly billing, financial reporting and weekly sales analysis to the Regional Sales Manager. Assist in tender preparation, proposals and presentations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Communicate effectively across departments and identify cross-silo solutions. Maintain client files and update internal CRM systems according to company procedures and Quality Management Systems. Ensure debtor days are within company requirements for signed clients. Meet the expected client call ratio KPI as indicated by your Manager. Requirements: 12 years new business sales experience in the transport and logistics industry. Proven ability to achieve and exceed new business sales targets. Experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and tender processes. Experience in selling cross-silo solutions. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Matric.
