Main Purpose:

Responsible for all administration requests in regard to client enquiries and providing assistance to clients and all consultants

Key performance areas:

Health servicing
Submitting applications
Servicing the sales consultant’s clients
Wealth servicing
Submitting applications
Servicing the sales consultant’s clients
Short term servicing
Submitting applications
Servicing the sales consultant’s clients
KPI’s to be determined on a quarterly basis at the discretion of management
Meetings and interactions are required as needed by management
Fill out applications
Assist with medical questionnaires
Use Zoho to submit applications to admin
Follow up and report on the statuses of the submitted applications
Managing a diary and setting appointments, tasks, and follow ups
Assisting current clients with queries

Minimum Requirements:
Certificate Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Communication (verbal and written)
