Key Responsibilities: Manage the release calendar, coordinating with product owners, developers, and QA. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for .NET, Blazor, and SQL Server applications. Automate deployments across dev, staging, and production environments with rollback strategies. Maintain environment parity and stability while monitoring performance and compliance. Triage staging issues and work closely with QA and developers to ensure release readiness. Continuously improve processes to deliver faster, safer, and more reliable releases. Education: Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience. Experience: Strong track record in release management and DevOps within enterprise or regulated environments. Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Hands-on deployments of .NET, Blazor, and SQL Server applications. Skills: Expert knowledge of Git branching strategies and source control. Troubleshooting across code, config, and environments. Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) advantageous. Knowledge of security practices for deployments and secrets management.
