Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the daily security operations of the estate.

• Monitor and ensure the safety of staff, guests, and property.

• Conduct routine patrols and security checks.

• Support and guide security staff in their daily duties.

• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date security reports and records.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a security role, ideally within hospitality or luxury environments.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

• Physically fit and able to perform security duties effectively.

• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Package:

• Salary: R13,500 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
