Our client located in Dunkeld, Rosebank is looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join their team! About them: They specialise in premium vehicle detailing, offering expert care and precision for luxury and high-performance vehicles. Their team is dedicated to restoring and enhancing each vehicles appearance through meticulous detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and interior restoration. With a passion for perfection and a commitment to excellence, they ensure every car leaves our care looking immaculate and showroom-ready. About the role: The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers. This role involves managing the front desk, handling all incoming calls, coordinating office communication, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements: Grade 12 (essential). A certificate or diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies (advantageous). 13 years of proven experience in a receptionist or front office role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficient in MS Office. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Fluent in English & Afrikaans Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and boardroom bookings. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor access badges. Provide administrative support to management and staff as required. Assist with data capturing, filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents. Manage office supplies, stationery, and refreshments inventory. Handle basic inquiries from clients, suppliers, and the general public. Support HR or finance departments with general admin tasks when needed.

Job Description

Qualifications Matric Certificate in Administration / Marketing (would be advantage) Requirements / Duties Approximately 2 – 5 years related experience Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour. Direct these visitors/clients to the correct employee/department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Maintain and update visitor logs and employee contact information. Induction for visitors (short video). Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries outside of stock movement. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and printing Assist in organizing and coordinating company socials and meetings. Coordinate and assist with client meetings. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Ensure all common areas are clean and organized, and well- stocked. Oversee cleaning schedules and maintain cleanliness standards Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials. Provide administrative support to senior management. Assist with preparing or printing of reports, presentations, and correspondence, and meeting arrangements when needed. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency and effectiveness. Provide backup support to Exco staff as needed. Provide back up to support team if required
