Job Description
Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable beverage company to find a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager in the beverage industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and product placements
- Manage and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and distribution teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
- Degree in Sales, Marketing or similar field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers
- Excellent understanding of the beverage industry and market trends
- Experience in managing key accounts and distributors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
