• Develop, test, and optimise automation and control systems in a research environment.
• Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale testing of automated processes.
• Analyse system performance data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering teams.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and test reports.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in automation, control systems, or industrial engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree (MEng/MSc) in Automation, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Control Engineering essential.
