? Quality & Services Manager | Luxury Private Reserve | Okavango Delta ? Salary: P35,000 P45,000 (Negotiable DOE) ? Live-In Position Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Services Manager for a luxury private reserve located in the remote Okavango Delta. This role is suited to an experienced professional comfortable working in very remote, bush-based environments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery and maintenance of exceptional service standards across the reserve Ensure quality control across all guest services and operational areas Manage and develop service teams to maintain high performance in a remote setting Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as required Coordinate with management to uphold the reserves luxury service ethos Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols Candidate Requirements: ? Proven experience working in remote, bush-based properties or similar environments ? Strong leadership and organisational skills ? Ability to work independently and under challenging conditions ? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Commitment to maintaining high-quality guest experiences Benefits: ? Live-in accommodation provided ? Meals included ?
