About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our esteemed client’s team in Johannesburg. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and create tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems.
- Use SQL queries, data mining techniques, and statistical analysis to extract insights and identify trends.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for strategic and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business intelligence analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with BI and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.

- Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
