About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team based in Stikland, Cape Town. As an Internal Sales Consultant with West Coast Personnel, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and calling new and existing clients to generate sales turnover
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Preparing and sending quotes and sales orders to clients
- Managing all inbound and outbound sales correspondence (emails, calls, faxes)
- Collecting and submitting required client documentation for course bookings
- Communicating course requirements for online and on-site training
- Assisting with bookings, customer care, and debt collection
- Performing general sales and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous internal sales or telesales experience (advantageous)
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R13,000 per month
Commission Structure:
- 2% commission on in-person course revenue
- 4% commission on online course bookings
- Commission calculated monthly
- 1% commission penalty on overdue invoices
