About the Role
Join our client in Durban, a leading Finance Industry company, as a Senior Business Analyst on a Hybrid basis. As the vital link between their information technology capacity and business objectives, you will support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks for their software products features.
Key Responsibilities
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Perform quality assurance
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Own and develop relationship with partners to optimize and enhance integration
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to customers
Requirements
- BCom in Information Systems or other high-quality tertiary education certificate, diploma, or degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience pertaining to business analysis, in an IT agile software development environment
- API Development and/or testing experience preferred
- Financial services industry experience preferred
