About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Junior Property Administrator to join our team. As a property administration expert, you will be responsible for managing leases, tenant records, correspondence, and filing accurately, while providing excellent financial administration experience, including invoicing, reconciliations, rental schedules, or utilities and levy processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leases and tenant records
  • Process invoices and perform financial administration tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Engage professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Previous property administration experience (ideally 12 years) with exposure to residential or commercial property environments
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Basic financial administration experience, including invoicing, reconciliations, rental schedules, or utilities and levy processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
