About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience for our guests. With a proven track record in luxury hospitality, we require a dynamic and experienced leader who can manage daily operations, lead our front-of-house team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
  • Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
