About the Role

Persona Staff is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our maintenance plumbing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ water, gas, and waste systems are functioning properly. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of water meters.
  • Stock control and management thereof.
  • Installations and repairing of water, gas and waste systems.
  • Handle emergencies for repairs.
  • Managing the team.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate.
  • Ability to manage a team and work independently.
  • 3 years of experience with commercial and residential maintenance plumbing.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Client relationship management skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • An understanding of plumbing SANS codes.
  • Experience in working with copper, galvanized, Mepla, Hep20 pipes and fittings.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate.
