About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team in Cape Town. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing work on commercial or residential projects, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating subcontractors and artisans on site to deliver high-end finishes. Your strong attention to detail and excellent time management and problem-solving skills will be essential in meeting project deadlines and ensuring the highest quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors and artisans on site
  • Deliver high-end finishes on commercial or residential projects
  • Manage projects from start to completion
  • Ensure all work meets specifications and quality standards
