About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Advanced Business Analytics to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of analysts, developing and implementing advanced business analytics solutions, and driving project management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery
- Develop and implement advanced business analytics models using Machine Learning techniques
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions
Requirements
- A graduate degree with a strong background in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics or engineering
- 4+ years of programming experience in MATLAB / Python or a similar language
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in Machine Learning or related field (post graduate degree)
