About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer Manager to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of software solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage software development teams and projects
- Design systems that are scalable, portable, and maintainable
- Develop and implement .NET Core applications using C#
- Construct and use web services: REST, SOAP
- Query Microsoft SQL server, store procedures, and functions
- Implement MVC, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and CSS frontend technologies
- Exposure to mobile development either native or hybrid
- Manage CI/CD Pipelines using SVN and Git
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in software development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles
- Familiarity with .NET framework and .NET Core
- Experience with constructing and using web services: REST, SOAP
- Microsoft SQL server querying, store procedures, and functions
- MVC, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and CSS frontend technologies
- Exposure to mobile development either native or hybrid
- Ability to design systems that are scalable, portable, and maintainable
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in the Software Development field

- Competitive salary range: R600 000 – R900 000 per annum
