About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Therapist to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Lephalale. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in therapy or somatology, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa and wellness services to our guests. With a proven track record of leadership, supervision, and training experience, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert spa and wellness therapies to guests
- Lead and supervise a team of therapists
- Develop and implement new treatments and programs

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Therapy or Somatology (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Somatology, or similar)
- Registration with the appropriate professional body where applicable
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience within a spa, wellness, or therapeutic environment
- Proven leadership, supervisory, or training experience
